Upon Arrival: We recommend that you try and arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. Please note that all treatments will end on time regardless of the start time.
Spa Environment: We value all our guests and please ask that you silence your cell phones out of respect for everyone that may be getting relaxing treatments in the spa.
Cancellations: Appointment changes or cancellations made less than 24 hours of the treatment time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
